Change of Mind Returns (not refunds)

"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or color.

Upon receipt of the returned item you will receive a store credit to the identical value of your initial purchase, minus the US$5.00 restocking fee.

  • We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:
  • Return within 7 days
  • Return with proof of purchase
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
  • If provided, protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear, underwear or nappy returns
  • Purchases must be returned to the provided address at the buyers cost
  • There is a USD 5 restocking fee
  • Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale/Clearance
  • Seconds
  • Personalised product

 

Faulty Product Returns

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided that a return is initiated via our customer support within 14 days of delivery.

Returns Process

  1. Visit this page
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Follow the steps required, this may include sending photos of the observed faults or damage

 

Once received, we'll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order may be sent back to you.
