Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

Every new subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Monkeynme is not the right fit, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. The subscription then ends at once. The guarantee applies once per organisation, to its first subscription.

After the first 14 days

Monkeynme is delivered continuously, so we do not refund the unused part of a monthly or yearly period after the guarantee has passed. When you cancel:

• your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for;
• you are not charged again;
• your data is kept for 30 days for reactivation or export, then deleted.

When we refund at any time

• Duplicate charge: you were charged twice by mistake.
• Billing error: you were charged more than the price shown on our Pricing page for your plan.
• Major outage: the Service was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row through a fault on our side (excluding announced maintenance); we refund the affected time pro rata.

How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] with the e-mail address of your account and the date or number of the invoice, or reply to the receipt e-mail from Paddle. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. We answer within 5 business days; Paddle returns approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time in the app under Settings → Billing or in Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the current period early unless you use the money-back guarantee.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always sort out a billing problem faster, and without the fees a chargeback adds for both sides.
